Dr. Cory Kowalski is a licensed clinical psychologist and neuropsychologist who specializes in the evaluation of individuals across the lifespan, from children to adolescents to adults), including assessment and therapy services for cognition, academic disorders, and behavioral-social-emotional functioning. She specializes in gifted individuals, learning disorders, ADHD, cognitive decline (mild cognitive impairment, dementia, Alzheimer’s disease), traumatic brain injury, and personality/mood disorders.
Dr. Kowalski earned her Ph.D. from Fuller School of Psychology in Pasadena, and completed her training across multiple medical centers (UCLA; Cedars Sinai; VA Medical Centers). With over 5 years in private practice, Dr. Kowalski takes a strengths-based approach to assessment, focusing on the unique needs of clients and empowering them to overcome obstacles. Dr. Kowalski and her team aim to provide a detailed roadmap to clients and their loved ones that allows them to feel empowered to develop specific tools to overcome obstacles as they work towards successfully achieving their goals.
